FOR TRAINERS

Your session works. Until the Monday after.

You see the energy in the room. What happens afterwards, in the work itself, you never see. Neither does your client. NIA does.

How an engagement runs today

  1. Request

An organization gets in touch. Something is going on.

  2. Intake

You sharpen what the real question is and tailor the program.

  3. The session

A day, or a few. The conversation that would not happen otherwise.

  4. Evaluation

High scores. People walk out satisfied.

  5. After that

This is where it stops. You hear back once there is budget for another session.

How it runs with NIA alongside

  1. Request

    Unchanged

  2. Intake

    With NIA

You can send NIA ahead. A few questions, or the first conversations, so you know more before you walk into the room. Optional.

  3. The session

    With NIA

You start with what is going on already on the table, instead of spending the first half day working out what that is.

  4. Evaluation

    Unchanged

  5. Between sessions

    Only with NIA

Every participant has their own companion. What happens in between comes along, so the next session starts sharper.

  6. After that

    With NIA

You are the client's partner, not the supplier of a day. And it does not stop: what becomes visible here is the reason for the next engagement.

That turns a series of one-off assignments into a cycle. The input you get back is at team level, never about a person. Effortless.

NIA sits beside your session. Not inside it.

On request, NIA observes the work itself: email, chat, meetings. That makes visible which unconscious patterns bring someone closer to their goal, and which do not. NIA does not take over your program. It is about everything that happens outside it.

So what you set in motion stays visible. Even without you in the room.

We train and guide teams ourselves. We hit the same wall you do: after the last session day it stops. That is where NIA comes from. Get to know us.

After the last session day, most of it fades. The field calls that gap transfer, and it is rarely about the training: You train people. Then their workplace trains them back.

NIA, Tuesday 14:20

You interrupted Sanne twice in that meeting. Third time this week. Shall I show you when it happens?

What that looks like for a participant

What you get back

  1. Before you walk into the room, something is already on the table.

    NIA, Monday 09:12

What do you want to go differently on Thursday?

    To the participant
  2. On the days you are not there, it keeps going.

    NIA, Wednesday 11:05

You said you wanted to let go more. This morning you took that task back.

    To the participant
  3. It only really starts after the last session day.

    NIA, five weeks later

You wanted to take more space in meetings. That is working more often now than in the first weeks. What made the difference?

    To the participant

What you get back is at team level and never traceable to a person. What NIA shows someone personally stays with them: not for you, not for the client, not for us.

What trainers ask us.

  • Sight of what happens to your work once the room is empty. Our aim is that what you set in motion stays visible in the work afterwards, also without you there. What that means for your role is what we are finding out with trainers now.

  • No. NIA stands beside your session, not inside it. It is about what happens in the work afterwards.

  • An observation now and then, at the moment it is happening. NIA might say: “You interrupted Sanne twice in that meeting. Third time this week.”

  • Whether people take part, not what they say. What a participant tells NIA stays with that participant. How you see that back is still open, and that is exactly what we are talking to trainers about now.

  • A phone or a browser, nothing else. iOS, Android and web, and we are building all three. No install moment in the room, because that costs you your own time.

  • What you set in motion stays visible, also without you in the room. NIA looks along with the work itself, not with your programme.

  • Start with a conversation. We are looking for trainers who want to think along about what this becomes.
