QUESTIONS

What people want to know before they say anything.

Every question in one place, grouped by who asks it. Search them, or ask your own at the bottom.

If you use NIA.

  • Sight of patterns you cannot see yourself, and that stand between you and your goal. Our aim is that you see them at the moment they happen, without it costing you any effort. What you then do with them stays yours.

  • NIA looks along with your mail, your chat and your meetings, when you ask it to. Not to grade you. To show which patterns bring your goal closer, and which do not.

  • Yes, always. NIA looks along without you having to do anything, but you do not have to wait for NIA to speak first. Ask what NIA sees, or put in front of it whatever you are stuck on.

  • No. What NIA sees with you is yours. Your organization sees movement at team level, never who did what.

  • Only what you switch on. You choose per source whether NIA looks along, and you can switch it off and remove it again.

  • No. No questionnaires, no journal, no extra tab. NIA is there even when you are not thinking about it.

  • On your phone and in the browser: iOS, Android and web, and we are building all three. A companion that only exists at your desk is not there when it counts.

  • Then let us talk. Tell us briefly what it is about and you get a personal reply.

As an organization.

  • Sight of what actually changes after the training. Our aim is that behaviour in the work itself becomes visible, so you know what sticks instead of hoping it does. Whether it really works that way is what we are finding out with organizations now.

  • No, never. You see patterns at team level. Who said or did what stays with that person.

  • Nothing extra. No questionnaires and no added training days. NIA looks along with the work that is already there.

  • Mail, chat and meetings. On request, and per source. The employee switches it on and can switch it off again.

  • An app on their phone, or simply the browser. iOS, Android and web, and we are building all three. Which source NIA may read along with is switched on by the employee.

  • Our privacy page describes what NIA keeps and for how long. Missing something, or want to know more? Ask us and we will find out.

  • NIA is not for sale yet. We are first finding out together with organizations whether this works, and for whom. If you want to be part of that, this is exactly the conversation we are having now.

  • With a conversation about what is going on with you. After that we both know whether this fits, and if it does not we say so.

As a trainer.

  • Sight of what happens to your work once the room is empty. Our aim is that what you set in motion stays visible in the work afterwards, also without you there. What that means for your role is what we are finding out with trainers now.

  • No. NIA stands beside your session, not inside it. It is about what happens in the work afterwards.

  • An observation now and then, at the moment it is happening. NIA might say: “You interrupted Sanne twice in that meeting. Third time this week.”

  • Whether people take part, not what they say. What a participant tells NIA stays with that participant. How you see that back is still open, and that is exactly what we are talking to trainers about now.

  • A phone or a browser, nothing else. iOS, Android and web, and we are building all three. No install moment in the room, because that costs you your own time.

  • What you set in motion stays visible, also without you in the room. NIA looks along with the work itself, not with your programme.

  • Start with a conversation. We are looking for trainers who want to think along about what this becomes.
