ABOUT NIA
You know it. And still it doesn’t change.
Not because you don’t want to. Because the pattern is invisible.
Everyone has that one thing.
The conversation you keep putting off. The boundary you keep stretching. The reaction you regret. Again.
That’s where NIA begins.
You don’t have to do anything for it.
NIA is simply there, in the moments that matter: that email to a difficult client, that meeting, that presentation. So it sees your behaviour as it really is, and points out patterns you can’t see yourself.
A coach sees you an hour a week. Other AI waits for you to ask. NIA is there continuously, knows your goals, and shows what brings you closer and what holds you back.
How it started.
When millions of people run into the same challenge, technology can make the difference. That conviction drove the building of Tikkie. That same conviction drives NIA.
Stuck with someone else’s work, again. Never anyone else who picks it up for once.
Reacting, again, in a way that doesn’t fit who you want to be. And already knowing it’ll happen again tomorrow.
It rarely comes down to talent or effort. Your patterns brought you where you stand now. New results ask for new behaviour.
In the room, the insight lands. The real work starts after, in everyday life. That’s where it fades.
Not because the training fails. Because no one is there when it counts.
NIA helps make it stick.
The founders
Why we started NIA
We understand this from the inside. We train and guide teams ourselves, and kept hitting the same limit.
Why does change stick, or doesn’t it? That question never let us go.
So we built a product for it. NIA does what coaching alone can’t: being there, every day, for everyone.
Together we’ve built products used by millions and guided thousands of professionals.
I helped build Tikkie, founded companies, and guide teams and students. Everywhere I see the same thing: people are capable of more than they think. But sometimes you need something else. That’s why I build NIA.
I’ve guided thousands of professionals and kept seeing the same thing. It’s not about motivation or knowledge, but about patterns that stay invisible, and the environment that keeps them in place.
Your insights. Your choice.
NIA comes in through your work. But NIA is yours.
Everything NIA shows you is for you alone. Not for your employer. Not for HR. Not for us.
NIA doesn’t judge. There’s no right or wrong. NIA doesn’t advise. You get insight, not instructions.
What you do with it is always up to you.
