PRIVACY

Privacy isn’t a feature. It’s our foundation.

NIA is built on the principle that your data is yours. Period.

No cookies

Zero cookies. Zero pixels. We count pages, not people. Our analytics run on our own EU servers.

No profiles

No fingerprinting. No tracking between visits. We don’t know who you are. We don’t want to.

European infrastructure

We build on European hosting and a European AI model. For every service we add, we check where the data sits.

Your data, your choice

Insights belong to the user, not the employer. Always deletable.

No selling

We don’t sell data. Not to third parties, not to your employer, not to advertisers.

Metadata only

Analyses are based on patterns, not conversation content. Privacy-by-design.

What this means for your organization

Insights stay with the employee

What NIA shows someone stays with that person. Employers and HR get no access to individual results.

No conversation content in reports

Reports cover patterns at team level. Never what someone wrote or said.

If you fill in the contact form.

What we keep

Your email address and your message, plus your organization and role if you fill those in. The form has no other fields.

Where it passes

Through our own server to our mailbox and to our own CRM. That CRM runs on our own infrastructure, the mailbox with a mail provider.

For how long

As long as we are in contact. Ask us to erase it and it is gone.

No newsletter

The form puts you on nothing. The newsletter is a separate choice you make yourself.

The newsletter

What we keep

Your email address and the language you picked. Nothing else: no name, no organization, no reading behaviour.

Why we may keep it

Because you confirmed it yourself. Your address is held as unconfirmed until you click the link in the confirmation mail. If you never do, it disappears after 30 days.

Where it lives

On our own mail server in Europe. No Mailchimp, no Substack. Nobody else holds the list.

No tracking pixel

We do not measure whether you open the mail, or where you click.

How you leave

Every mail carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom that works without logging in. After that we hold your address on a suppression list, because that is the only way we can tell not to mail you again. If you want that gone too, mail hello@mynia.io and we remove it.

If you ask us a question.

What we keep

Your question and your email address. We ask for no more, and we store no more.

For how long

As long as we are in contact. Ask us to erase it and it is gone.

No list

Asking a question puts you on nothing. You get an answer, not a newsletter.

Where it passes

Your question goes through our own server to our mailbox. That mailbox runs with a mail provider, so your message sits there too. No chat service and no external support tool in between.

Searching the questions

If the search finds nothing, we send the search term to our own analytics. That is how we learn which answer is missing. Without who typed it, and only when nothing was found.
